Deep rest is essential for nervous system health, and yin yoga offers a slow, intentional practice to soften and release tension and stagnancy in the body. By tuning into subtle sensations, we improve whole-body integration, mobility, and aliveness, while cultivating the capacity to be present with sensation. Yin yoga supports not just physical ease, but also a grounded, embodied connection to oneself.
