A holistic toolkit

This approach draws from a range of healing modalities to support your unique wellness journey. Functional lab testing provides a precise diagnostic foundation, utilizing advanced tools like comprehensive stool analysis, food sensitivity testing, and nutritional assessments. These insights create a targeted map of your body's current state, moving beyond guesswork to informed interventions.

Nutritional strategies are deeply personalized, blending whole food nutrition with carefully curated supplement protocols. My approach speaks directly to your body's specific needs, incorporating therapeutic herbal supplements and food recommendations that nourish and restore.

Beyond nutrition, we explore holistic lifestyle optimization techniques. This may include nervous system regulation, stress resiliency, and embodiment practices that support healing at a deep, systemic level.

What to expect

Our process begins with a complimentary discovery call to explore your health goals and determine if we're a good fit. Next, we'll order any necessary functional lab work, such as comprehensive stool analysis and food sensitivity testing, and you'll complete a nutritional assessment questionnaire and food and mood journal.

During our initial 90-minute appointment, we'll dive deep into your health history, review lab results, and discuss your current state of health. I'll then develop a personalized wellness plan with targeted dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.

I suggest scheduling follow-up appointments every 2-4 weeks to allow us to track your progress, adjust your protocol, and provide ongoing support. As your health stabilizes, we'll gradually space out appointments as needed. Throughout our work together, you'll have direct access to me via email and phone for any questions about your wellness plan.
